Jenn's work is rooted in a simple truth...
You don’t get to control what life hands you — but you do get to decide how you respond.
That choice isn’t easy. It requires slowing down when everything is pushing you to rush, thinking instead of reacting, and letting go of the need for constant approval. High-achievers, in particular, are conditioned to chase validation, push harder, and prove themselves, often at the expense of their wellbeing.
Life is hard either way. But you get to choose your hard.
When people learn to own their choices, they stop feeling stuck and start acting with intention.
They move out of survival mode and into a way of working that supports their energy, their values, and the life they actually want to lead.
Hi,I’m Jenn!
I'm really glad you're here.
Is it just me, or does life sometimes feel like a dumpster fire? I joke about it now, but there was a time when that chaos didn’t feel funny at all.
I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin feeling like the outsider. My childhood came with a lot of instability—substance abuse, mental health challenges, and a home environment that didn’t always feel safe or supportive. In a town where everyone knew everyone, those struggles followed me into school, friendships, and my sense of self. I was bullied, anxious, and spent years wondering if life would ever feel easier.
The turning point came in an unexpected way: a scholarship to leadership camps.
Those camps gave me confidence, resilience, and a powerful realization: leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about how you talk to yourself, manage stress, and show up when things are hard.
More importantly, they taught me that strong leadership and real confidence are built with tools.
The outcomes we want don’t happen by accident; they come from intention, practice, and proven methods. That experience is why I’m so passionate about helping youth and emerging leaders build emotional intelligence and healthy mindsets early on.
In my twenties, life handed me more than a few curveballs.
My dad suffered a life-altering stroke at 54. My mom’s mental health declined into late-onset schizophrenia. While supporting my parents, I was also trying to build a career—and quietly burning out in the process.
I hit an all-time low. My mental health struggled. My confidence took a hit. And I noticed something troubling: no one was really talking about mental health at work. The silence. The shame. The pressure to keep pushing.
I chose
a Different Path.
I became a coach, invested in deeper leadership and mindset tools, and committed to helping leaders build confidence and resilience without sacrificing their well-being.
When I was later diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, that mission became even clearer.
Burnout isn’t just a work problem—it’s a health problem.
Today, I help leaders and organizations create workplaces where people can succeed without burning out, because the goal isn’t just success.
It’s being better than burned out.
